I sure hope it does. This is a disgrace. People like Arum is what has killed boxing over the years. I love Pac, but i really wish he would think and speak for himself for once. Margs is a piece of trash and deserves NOTHING. Im sorry to say it, but i will not be ordering this fight just based on principle. I always order all the PPV events and have BBQ and beer, but not this time. This fight is nothing more than a slap in the face to every fan out there.

as a tony fan im stoked, but as a boxing fan this fight should not be taking place. pac needs to cut the puppet strings and take control. hes worked too hard to have brex reaping the fruits of his labor. enough is enough, with the catch weight, in house fighting. he knew damn well money may wasnt going to fight this year, stop frontin and trying to pad them pockets.

I think there is a forum post on this topic... I also think there there is not one serious poster on there that believes the fight will do less than about 850k easy.

Obviously there is the haters that are like, "400-500K" which is dumb. Any real boxing fan knows that people will buy this because it's Pacquiao and he's crossing into Mayweather territory now. The territory where people will actually buy his PPV to see if he'll lose. I'm no Pacquiao fan but I'll honestly say he now has as much haters as fans. Ala-Mayweather.

Either way, can't wait for the fight. Good luck to both, hopefully it gets done in Vegas.

^^ Yup, Yup. The good thing for Margarito is he was struggling to make 147 for the Mosley fight and very comfortably made 154 when he fought Garcia (according to articles and junk). His trainer says he was almost at 154 when they first said the fight was on and it would be no problem making 150. Since then the catchweight has been raised to 151. If all goes well, we'll have two fighters that aren't drained and we get to see a decent fight. Hopefully Arum-the-Devil also makes a good undercard. Not holding my breath though...
