Is Wladamir Klitschko vs. Sam Peter going to be deja vu???

i think that if this fight happens it has many similarities with the Corrie Sanders vs. Wladamir Klitschko fight.

only in this version Wlad's role has been reversed.

the original fight was billed as "young knockout machine vs. wiley veteran with the big punch" klitschko at the time seemed unbeatable literally destroying everyone he faced, and was humbled when he was caught on the chin for the first time in his career.

Sam Peter is now the new Wlad Klitshko, a big bad ass who knocks everyone out cold. and wlad has been relegated to a 2nd rate fighter who could knock anyone out but probably who get knocked out himself first.

all the questions that existed about WLad going into the Corrie Sanders fight still exist about Sam Peter going into this one if it happens.

I find it very unlikely that Sam Peter will be able to deal with all the intangible aspects and his inexperience will ultimately cost him as it did Wlad against Sanders.

there are a lot of ways to lose a fight.

Wlad isnt a terrbile fighter I think he has better boxing skills that his brother but his porcelan chin doesnt help him. If Peter catches him flush a few times it could be another KO loss for Wlad. Peter has some serious punching power.

This difference is that Corrie Sanders can take a beating, Wlad hasn't proven that he can.

We donn't know what kind of chin Peter has either, so it could very well be a "whoever lands the first big punch" kind of match. I think Peter could probably take a better shot than Wlad though, and that's why he'd blast him out early.

This is an interesting fight. It will mos def be cat and mouse. Peter is gonna eat a loooot of jabs but looking at his pitbull head and being neckless makes me think he has a decent chin atleast. I dont think Wlad will last and will get KO's in 7 or 9

Corrie Sanders has one of the strongest punches in the heavyweight division while Wlad has a strong and consistent jab/hook. It will be a completely different fight.

we're going to find out if Peter has a chin. Wlad has tremendous skill and will be able to land the big right on Peter. If Peter has a chin, Wlad could be in trouble. If peter lands, night-night for Wlad. This is actually an intriguing fight and the winner should be #1 contender. Can't wait for this one.

It will be fun while it lasts

i didnt mean to say that the fight would be the same style wise. i just thought it was interesting the implications surounding this fight are almost the same as the last.

wlad like corrie sanders before has a chance for redemption against a knock out machine and someone who may be taylor made for his offensive style.

and peter like wlad has a lot to lose and his first title shot to gain, much like wlad in the first fight.

peter will fold. I think he has to be really ****** if he wants to sign on to fight Wlad, I dont tihnk he will sign to fight Wlad hes gonna saign wit the other bum Samil, Peter has made living knocking out nobodies, I admit he has power but hed not ready for a guy like and he throws way too much sloppy ass punches Wlad can really hurt him if he does that if they fight. As for people putting Wlad down its just plain ****** cause every good HW in history has been KO'd sometimes in their carreer, look at LL he was down twice in his career he clearly showed that he doesnt have a good chin, so busting on wlad cause of his chin isnt smart, I think Wlad is seriously imporiving and is on the rise to the top hes still young. He was just way to relaxed for the sanders fight and thought he was on top of the world u can just see it in the he was making his entrance in to the ring for the sanders fight he umder estimated sanders and paid the price. I think Wlad will ko Peter if they ever fight..;.

I dont see this fight happening, Wlad is far to protected for this fight to happen.

actually i think you have it backwards.

as i said in an earlier post, if this fight doesent happen it will be because of Sam Peter. Think about it, he also has the offer to fight Sinan Samil Sam for the #1 rank for whichever belt. Do you really think he isnt more likely to take that and not fight Wlad than Wlad is to turn down a fight for a ranking he has been working hard for?

i could be wrong, but we'll see.
