I like how Holloway put a distinction between hand and foot speed. I've always considered Pacquiao to have some of the quickest feet in boxing, combine that with good footwork and that's how he's able to get in and out so easily. Margarito's going to have a terrible time against it.
My P4P fastest hands go like this be Gamboa, Khan, and Dirrell. Honorable mentions to Eddie Chambers, Haye, Pacquiao, Mayweather, Martinez, Berto, Judah, and Dawson.
In overall speed Gamboa's the fastest fighter alive right now.Comment

You'd be surprised by some of the people that take offense to saying anyone does anything better than Manny. Just prefacing from experience.

With that said, I agree with you on Gamboa and Khan but I'm not sure about Dirrell. I respect your opinion, but that is one I can't see. I have it #1 Gamboa #2 Amir Khan #3 Manny Pacquiao so I guess our list aren't too different from each other....lolComment

Honestly Floyd fans think I'm making excuses when I say this but this extra weight is actually making Manny slower. I think his best weight is around 135-140 because he would have the speed that made him great throughout this career.

You might be right on Pacquiao over Dirrell because he's too inconsistent, but Andre's hand speed is insane when he wants it to be.
This fight convinced me of it. Take into account that he's a natural Super Middleweight and that it's P4P. If Dirrell let his hands go like this in every fight, it would be no question, but he might have slowed himself down to be more under control or to change speeds on opponents.
Some of the fighters I mentioned also have blindingly quick hands too. I'm going to have to reassess.Comment

He probably has slowed down a hair, but he's still so much faster than the welterweights he's faced that it doesn't register to the naked eye.
