They would be easy fights for all those guys mentioned Guzman does not belong above 140 and his only good win thats not tainted is against an solid but not special guy in Humberto Soto at 130 pounds. Those ww fighters would beat him around the ring worse then Funeka did in their first fight.

Certainly, if these guys can beat Guzman is by weight, not by the skills ... If guzman not beat the best in the 130 and 135, was because they would not fight him, and his weight problem in the fight against Campbell. I can mention to specific cases in which Pacquiao and Marquez, clearly fled fighting Guzman, at a time when the Dominican was champion (130) and these were not. And I repeat, these WW can beat Guzman, but continued thinking it would be too easy. It is possible that if you do Maywheather fairly easily, including Mosley. But others would have to sweat, including the Filipino.

Give Collazo a rematch, fight Clottey...hell, Alfonso Gomez or Matthew Hatton

Stop going after...no...I take that back...Guzman did weigh 144 did he not?
First of all, Guzman > Forbes.

Forbes has no power, made Berto miss plenty, and was able to land on him good. Berto had to result to hitting then holding like he does against everyone and is the reason he wins so many rounds.

The way Guzman carried 144 last time out, tells me he'll be able to fight effectively at 147 without missing a beat. I'd bet on the underdog. If he can find a way to peel off Berto, he'd win handily. Guzman's skills are on another level which is why he's still among the type fighters and in his 4-5-6 weight class.

i read he will maybe face Steve Forbes first at a catchweight, but a friend of mine told me Guzman himself said he`s going to fight Berto next, my friend lives in Brooklyn and goes to the same barbershop as Guzman.

I doubt this happens, at least not in Berto's next fight. The WBC seems quite strict on him fighting Aydin and Berto doesn't want to lose his belt.
