Lacy never had a shoulder roll... He's not as good a counter puncher, doesn't have as good of footwork, and had less power on his shots.

The Johnson that Cloud fought takes prime Lacy to war and wins. Cloud is better than Lacy and time will tell.

Just my opinion, but Tavoris Cloud reminds me a lot of Jeff Lacy.
