Your feet are often on the same line, that's not good. Don't let your right go down. Unless your the next Ali "jk" keep those hands closer to your jaw. If you want to know what a good left hook is, watch Joe Frazier and try that in your shadow. Of course, if you can get a big mirror, it would help you.

                    good video.

I have a few things that i think you should work on.

Your footwork overall doesn't look too bad but when you move to your left you pick up your right foot first then your left foot. What you want to do is the opposite, pick up the left foot then the right. The reason being when you pick up that right foot first your legs get crossed which you don't want because if your opponent attacks you at that point you will be off balance and are then more likely to get tagged and possibly dropped.

Another thing i noticed was your left hand being too low. you already know the problems involved with that. You also need to tuck both your elbows in more because you are vulnerable to body shots with the way your elbows are right now.

You need to stop looping your right hand, throw it hard and straight.

Your jab was pretty good but sometimes it looked like you flicked it, throw it hard and straight. If you flick your jab too much, your opponent will notice there's no power on it and will simply walk through it and counter over the top of it hard.

Overall though, you were solid. I hope i have helped you with your boxing.
