Mayweather is not with GBP. Doug knows about as much boxing as Brian Kenny.

Mayweather and GBP were on a fight by fight handshake agreement. It's Mayweather Promotions and co-promoted by GBP. Just look at Marquez and Mosley fights, when the PPV was introduced they say Mayweather Promotions, co-promoted by Golden Boy Promotions.

There is no 'left" GBP. When you leave a promotional company that means you were signed with them. Floyd was not signed with GBP.

Doug needs to get his facts straight. He sounds like Cungle.

Michael Buffer introduces every pacquiao fight as Top Rank in collaboration with MP promotions....and I have yet to see anyone take that at face value

Although Dougie is biased as hell, I gotta agree with him. Floyd signing with Don King is the weirdest thing I could imagine happening. Not only is Floyd supposed to be all about "smart" financial decisions inside and outside of the ring but to sign with King, a guy who rips fighters off makes no sense. So Dougie's points are valid, it's like a desperate attempt for Floyd to duck Manny and he's willing to take a hit to his bank account and to his reputation to do it....
