After seeing what Pacquiao did to DLH, Cotto, and Clottey and Roach telling us that Pacquiao has to skip meals to make 140, it's evident Pacquiao has grown into a "natural" welterweight. A move up to 150 shouldn't be a big deal.

Margarito in his prime wasn't half as good as what Pacquiao is today. He would have gotten smashed. Pacquiao does everything better than Margarito.

He has a high workrate and stamina like Margarito only he's 3x as fast. He has better footwork, head movement, accuracy, and I'll even go as far as to say power.

Basically, Pacquiao is like Margarito on steroids (pun intended).

Prime Margarito circa 04-05' under Capetillo would of completely and utterly destroy Pacquiao, u are smoking some really bad crack Gekko.

Agreed id even throw in 06 like the chin and stamina he displayed against Clottey was something else.Its no shame on Manny though he will obviously go down in history as the greater fighter but a fight at 147 against a prime Margarito does not end well

I agree with the TS with everything other then head movement, both don't really move their heads, Pac just moves his entire body out of the way. I think Pacquiao could beat Marg, but not without taking a whole lot of damage.

i would be impressed if pac can stop marg but i think tht ko by mosley could have softened him up a little. i didnt think pac would stop cotto but he did take a beating from marg a few fights before
