Did Ortiz get stopped by points against Khan in the Amats?

Skimming thru all these threads, a lot of Ortiz threads. In almost all of them someone says Khan stopped Ortiz in the amateurs.

Charles Huerta said Ortiz was stopped by Khan by way of the 20 point amat system. You basically land pitty pats and score points, if you end up 20 points up the fight is automatically stopped.

Did Khan stop him a second time? If so how?
