He's a european level fighter at best, Gary Lockett the guy who got destroyed by Pavlik who has proved he isn't among the elite managed to sc**** a decision against Rhodes.

Valero? Valero wasn't slick he was wide open in all his fights just no one could expose his flaws and they won't get the chance to.
