Deep down Roach KNOWS how dangerous Margarito is. Not only @ 147 lbs but @ 150 lbs and if it's @ 154 lbs it's game over. Roach DOES NOT want Pacquiao in with Margarito.

I still have no idea how a fight @ 150 would go. I still have no doubts in my mind a Margarito pre-mosley beats Pacquiao @ 147lbs. IMO it's an easy fight for him. I've watched his last fight vs Garcia and he didn't look good at all. There is a chance he was rusty, wanted to fight diffrent, get more rounds in, but in that fight alone it makes me cautious with what he has left. BUt make no mistake, Margarito is a dangerous fighter, he's not a no-skilled brawler like people make him seem like.

You don't stop chasing a 50 million dollar fight for a ****ty 10 million dollar fight.
floyd doesn't want to fight this year.

that's fine. fight someone else and fight floyd next year.

      i don't see the problem.

and i doubt pacquiao will only make $10 million this fight. he made $20 million fighting clottey or close to it. he should make more money against marg.

1st part....truth. I don't think Roach wanted anything to do with Margo...especially not over 147.

2nd. Margo is still a slow puncher. I think Pac takes a decision....no KO here, unless Margo is taking a bribe. I like Manny, but the guy HAS to have a limit somewhere.

          Manny could retire.

          Congressional duties.

It would suck if he KO's Margarito and calls it a career.

I mean he already publicly promised his mom only 1 more fight.

The guy is catholic, I would think he keeps his promises.

Morales, DLH, Cotto, were drained and the only reason they didnt drain Clottey because he was already killing himself to make 147.

Marg is no question a slow puncher. But contrary to many posters on here, Margarito is a highly skilled brawler. With the size difference in the fight, Pacquiao is going to get beat up win or lose.
