Dawson/Pascal Training Vids for their upcoming fight

Jean Pascal looks like he is training to fight Dawson up close like Glen Johnson did...should be a good fight.

I wont be surprised if Pascal fights on the inside and makes Dawson work for his win.Pascal is good,but unless he has a lucky punch or the best plan A,B,C,etc,then he will lose.
Now saying all this,it should be a good competitive fight....

As for Pascal not getting on the inside,fighting Froch-that was a different fight.He fought Diaconu much different than he did with Froch,so at least he can change up his style when he needs to...still,I wonder about Pascal's surgery on his shoulder and his inactivity (though it seems like a while since that last Dawson fight with Johnson).

Exactly what I was going to bring up. That and he turned southpaw a few times.

Pascal's a tough dude, but you have to be Glen Johnson level tough and have good defense (Johnson is good at picking shots off) or have an excellent inside defense to pull that off against Dawson.

Pascal has neither and will have to abandon that strategy when he sees the type of combinations Chad is gonna pull out on his ass.

Pascal averages around 40 punches... what is he planning on doing to stall in the mean time? Holding will only get him so much time.

Chad doesn't just sit back and wait like Diaconu, he's always looking to open up. Chad averages 60+ punches per round while moving in between, he can probably add 10 to that if he cuts short some of the movement. Dawson has a shot at stopping Pascal late, if he sets a good pace from the beginning, but I expect a clear decision. Unless Pascal has some power to get Dawson's respect, it's going to be a steep climb up.

Both fighters look sharp but even with the resistance Chad looks faster and more accurate than Pascal.

The resistance band suit Dawson is wearing is called Flex Nimbo. Looks ****** (if you ain't Chad Dawson) but very effective. There is also a cheaper alternative out there than the Flex Nimbo.

Speaking of Dawson, does anyone know if he's still with Mayweather Sr.?

Dawson looks so relaxed and comfortable in that ring. Pascal needs to bring his A-game if he wants to win.
