I think Khan's height and reach advantage gave Kotelnik all kinds of problems and Kotelnik couldn't get in range to get off. Devon, on the other hand, didn't have a big height and reach advantage over Kotelnik, so Kotelnik was able to get in range and get off.
I also believe that Khan's jab is better than Alexander's.
It's also possible that Khan has a slight speed advantage over Alexander, but this could be the result of his height and reach advantage.
Also, Khan's defense is better. He gets out of range faster and covers up after his combos well (because he HAS to protect his chin). Devon is sticking around in the pocket too long and he doesn't cover up after exchanges.
In a head to head match up, I think I have to favor Khan because of the height and reach advantage. If Devon had crazy hand speed like Pac or Gamboa, it might be a different story. Devon has more than a puncher's chance, but really the probability of a decision victory for Khan is very high.
Khan vs. Bradley: I also think Khan will be able to match Bradley's output and probably Khan has better handspeed. Also Bradley's punches are more loopy. Again, if Khan uses his height and reach advantage, Bradley will be hard pressed to get inside and unload. I see this as another hard fought decision victory for Khan. Given that Bradley is not a power puncher, Khan's victory over bradley is assured.
Khan vs. Maidana: this is probably Khan's most dangerous fight. if Khan can keep maidana at bay he'll win an easy UD, but if he has any mental lapses, Maidana's pressure and power can get him the KO victory.
Bradley/Devon: I think I have to favor Bradley. Talent-wise and atheletically both are equally gifted in different ways. I think the difference will be Bradley's defense which is a little bit better than Devon's. I still think this is a great fight, but Bradley's conditioning and defense will win him a very close decision victory.
Devon/Maidana: Devon should be able to outbox Maidana easily, but if Devon goes to war with Maidana and trades punches with Maidana, I think he might get hurt, dropped or KOed.
