Exactly. Its all business. Any regular day its "I would have beaten Floyd if I had kept throwing the jab" or the pre-fight version, "So and so will certainly beat Floyd. He's looking strong as ever, and his jab will be the key. If I had used my jab in the second half of my fight with Floyd I would have won".

And then after Floyd wins a fight its "Floyd may be the GOAT". Its all business, but in general they hate eachother.

I once went to an event for GBP where Oscar mingled with the invited media (invite only) and basically had his Oscar the spokesman mode off.

I sparked a casual convo and it went to having to deal with Mayweather and he basically rolled his eyes and stated something to the effect that if he could he would never deal with a Mayweather again not Floyd Sr not Floyd Jr not Roger.
you gotta admit, floyd doesn't make it easy for his promoter. Top Rank had problems with him and so did GBP. floyd didn't have problems with Goosen because that was a 1 fight deal against a fighter that was giving into all of floyd's demands.

That said, I still think it was a mistake for floyd to get involved with King. King bankrupted a lot of boxers.

The saddest part for GBP was that floyd dominated 2 of GBP's best and most marketable boxers (JMM and Mosley) and then left. So GBP's investment in floyd was all for nothing and they threw their best and most marketable boxers into the gutter.

GBP coming out with the short end of the stick.
