David Haye, Nicolay Valuev and Alexander Povetkin: all three are top ten heavyweights who have backed away from fighting the Klitschkos.

It seems all three have gone some time without even any serious discussions about their next fight. Why have they become inactive?

Are long periods of inactivity helping their careers?

What are their options? Who will they fight next? Will any of the three fight again in 2010?

They should fight each other in the "I don't want to get knocked out" tournament.

In contrast to these guys, Tomasz Adamek who fought in late April is in action this month with his third fight this year.

Nicolay Valuev has not fought in 2010, and while David Haye and Alexander Povetkin have each had one fight, they appear to have no intentions of fighting again until 2011.

Tomasz is fighting the wrong guy though. It makes no sense to go from Arreola to Grant unless this is just a stay busy fight. There are plenty of other fights out there like Solis.

Haye doesnt want to fight again in 2010 imo. The long periode of inactivity will make it even harder for him to beat Wlad if he ever gets the guts to fight him.

Haye is taking a break from boxing to recover from fighting twice in the last 2 years.

Yeah he pushed himself to much and needs a well earned rest.

Maybe they could all fight for some kind of seperate HW title in a tourny for guys that are scared to fight the real champs.

I think Povetkin should fight Chambers.

Haye should either go for Vitali or Adamek (mebbe a sharpening up fight inbetween, but he HAS to remain active).

Valuev should retire or fight Vitali.

Povetkin Chambers would be a pointless fight, he schooled Chambers the first time. Chambers has shown in a couple fights if he starts getting hit often he goes into a Clottey shell and stops fighting.
