World Champion at 21......Became professional at 15. Started going to war by the age of 20.... He was already worn out by weight making issues and the punches already had started to take their toll. Yeah he's extremely old in boxing years.

The 3 year hiatus was good for him. Was a good time to recharge those worn out batteries. If he will win impressively, I want to see a Morales - Marquaez fight. That is the missing fight. We saw Barrera-Morales, Barrera-Pacquaio, Pacquiao-Morales, Pacquiao-Marquez, Marquez-Barrera. To complete this quartet, Morales-Marquez. This should have been years ago when they where still at their prime but it's better late than never.

Um why do you get to decide when Erik Morales should or should not retire? I don't see Erik Morales weighing in on when you should retire being a garbage man. Leave the man alone.
