    Harold Lederman's scorecard .....

    Harold Lederman's scorecard .....

I felt he got round 6 of the Johnson/Cloud fight wrong when it clearly should of gone the other way, and his scorecard to Alexander/Kotelnik was ridiculous, sure Devon most probably won, but no way did he win that wide imo, he kept talking about how Kotelnik would allow Devon to get off first, so what? you still have to land when you get off, a lot of Alexander's punches were either blocked or out of range, hence the comparable punch stats at the end of the fight, we know Kotelnik landed the more effective punches, so if the numbers are relatively even at the end of the fight and Kotelnik has landed the more effective shots, how does he lose by that margin? of coarse punch stats are not entirely accurate, but they are fairly accurate give or take, plus, just by watching the fight you could see that Alexander was not landing consistently throughout the fight, so those punchstats were not surprising.

According to Lederman you can shadow box in your corner for 12 rounds and you'll win because you kept yourself active.

          I must admit I'm a Lederman fan.
Apart from on a few occasions I think he calls the fight how I see it.
But the Alexander/Kotelnik I can only assume he fell alseep after round 2 coz he just wasn't gonna give Kotelnik credit of anything.

'Clean and effective punching' is what he always says (and did about 8 times that fight). And the majority of the clean shots were from Kotelnik.

Incredible how Lederman could only have given him two rounds.

I don't agree with the bold.

Cloud did very well during the first minute of the round, swarming Johnson and trying to get his shots in around his high guard.

After that, he did very little and Johnson was able to work his jab and right hands, which were landing. Cloud basically took the last two minutes of the round off.

                haha. Lol
You know what sad, if someone shadow all nite on floyd, floyd would still win a decision cause lederman say he landed the harder cleaner punches. Soo wat the fark did kotelnik do? Double standard.

Just my general rule I never pay attention to anything Lederman or Lampley have to say about a fight.

You know now you have mention it ive noticed something with Lederman, he seems to get the rounds right early on, then he kinda goes off track giving rounds to fighters they may not necessarily of won, i always start out agreeing with him, then in the mid rounds he has me going WTF at atleast one of his rounds Lol.
