Harold Lederman's scorecard .....
I felt he got round 6 of the Johnson/Cloud fight wrong when it clearly should of gone the other way, and his scorecard to Alexander/Kotelnik was ridiculous, sure Devon most probably won, but no way did he win that wide imo, he kept talking about how Kotelnik would allow Devon to get off first, so what? you still have to land when you get off, a lot of Alexander's punches were either blocked or out of range, hence the comparable punch stats at the end of the fight, we know Kotelnik landed the more effective punches, so if the numbers are relatively even at the end of the fight and Kotelnik has landed the more effective shots, how does he lose by that margin? of coarse punch stats are not entirely accurate, but they are fairly accurate give or take, plus, just by watching the fight you could see that Alexander was not landing consistently throughout the fight, so those punchstats were not surprising.
