Let's say
you have a job interview on 02/28/2010 and you are a drug user.
you know you going to get tested from 01/01/2010 to 02/28/2010.
Will you used drug within that time?
but if you know the company will test you from 01/01/2010 to 02/01/2010 only. then you could keep doing drug after 02/01/2010Comment

I am not an expert but the fighters did not know the he was going to stop 18 days before the fight.
There is a difference between knowing and not knowing.
If Mosley/Mayweather did not know. then USADA could pop up in the hotel anytime.
but if Mosley/Mayweather knew that USADA was going to stop 18 days, then Mosley/Mayweather could of used anything because Mosley/Mayweather knew they weren't going get tested.Comment

Ok the fighters didn't know that the blood test will stop 18 days before the fight, but tygart has a reason why he's confident to stop the test in that time frame could it be because he knows that in those time frame using any kind of steroids wouldn't help a fighter and he is also well aware about the risk of a fighter getting injured?

Tygart defended his agency's not taking any blood from either Mayweather or opponent Shane Mosley after they had prefight tests 17 and 18 days before they May 1 bout. He said the boxers would be afraid to cheat because they know USADA could come knocking with their needles at any given time.

Doctor Says Drawing Random Blood Risks Pre-Bout Hematoma
-Lem Satterfield
During the failed negotiations for a potential March 13 bout against unbeaten Floyd Mayweather, seven-division champion, Manny Pacquiao claimed that he did not want to have blood randomly drawn for drug testing within 14 days of a fight.
During Thursday's Nevada State Athletic Commission hearing and teleconference that dealt with steroids and drug testing for illegal substances, the Filipino super star's assertion received some support.
Former chief ringside physician, Dr. David Watson, argued that a hematomas, infections or other injuries could develop in the arm as a result of the skin being punctured "within three weeks of a fight."
Or it could be that he knows what conte knows that using steroids/peds in those time frame is useless as they will not give a fighter any advantage in the fightComment

I know that the fighter didn't know(assuming that floyd really don't know) that they will not be tested in those time frame but tygart has legit reason why he stop the testing and confident that the fight will still be fair at fight night what ever happens in those time frame that he didn't do a test.Comment

Why tygart decided to stop the random blood test in mosley-mayweather 18 days before the fight? Could it be that tygart already know that even the fighter will use whatever steroids or peds they will never be benefited the effect of those peds/steroids in 18 days before the fight, just like what conte said that using steroids/peds months before the fight is an effective way but using them in those time frame is just useless and will never give them any advantage in the fight.
How about u guys? Why do u think tygart decided to stop the blood test 18 days before the fight?
Is that really reason? or it could be that tygart know this too.

All those reason that you gave are valid reason but he did not use any of them.Comment
