Yes. He's very good. Technically gifted, fast as hell and he hits hard. However he hasn't had a big fight since he upset Darchinyan and KO'ed Raul Martinez.

Adamek wasn't that good at 175 yeah, the guy is a cruiserweight.

He reached his prime at 200...
He was faster,in better shape and stronger.

If Adamek and Dawson fight at 200,I think Adamek walks down Dawson, drop him,but for the count this time.
        Now thats just my opinion.

            Williams number 3?? C'mon...

well, to tell the truth, the light heavyweigth division is pretty bad. honestly, its the same guys we had 5 years ago, except older and not as good.

not to mention you have so-so 168lbers like Yusaf Mack, Braehmer and Pascal himself moving up and gaining high rankings in the division. and they were never really that great at 168lbs to begin with.

however, Glen Johnson and Tarver were both still top fighters when Dawson fought them, and he did beat them dominantly.(at least the 2nd time around). Hopkins was still old and past his best, but he still is Calzaghe's 1st 2nd best win and Calzaghe jumped up in the p4p lists when he narrowly beat him.

Its really the Adamek win that makes me want to put Dawson so high. If you ask me, Adamek himself should be rated pretty high p4p. the guy goes from title holder at 175 to best at Cruiserweight to being a top 5 ranker at HW. I dont think that much of him, but hes piled up some pretty impressive credentials.

Yeah some people can't get past their bias. Claiming Adamek " was not good '" at 175 is ******.

Martinez is overrated right now too. his big claims to fame is beating Pavlik(who always had big holes), drawing with Williams(although I thought he deserved the win), and struggling with Cintron.

hes a good fighter, no doubt, but in the end hes just the Middleweight champion to me...a middleweight champion who hasnt fought the other best fighters in the division.

hes bottom p4p, if you ask me. If he wants to move up, then he needs to consistantly prove his worth, other than being a 2 fight wonder.

The ring's current P4P list is terrible.

It's due for a serious change.
