Who won the Alexander-Kotelnik fight in your eyes

he can take Ortiz and Khan now. Lets not get it twisted Khan will beat any 140 pounder as long as he doesn't get dropped a few times or get stopped, which isn't somethign that hard to do. Ortiz has no heart, and is Alexander prooved one thing aside from him having the seecond most speed in the division, it was that he has heart, and there is no quit in him. he could have accepted defeat and stopped throwing, but he said f it and tried to win with workrate alone. This is a very good post. I had it a draw as well on the second time. Kotelnik really put it on Devon in the championship rounds which says a lot about Kotelnik.
Alexander was missing all night, he was just off. Any close score is understandable but I have no idea what ***n fight lederman was watching.
I was surprised to see Alexander so ****** up looking.
Alexander wasn't just flat, he wasn't able to follow his gameplan. This slickness wasn't there and he wasn't able to get the uppercut off on Andriy.
He wanted to fight and I think the hometown excitement got to him cuz he was getting busted up in the last 2 rounds. Plus he was off all night accuracy-wise. He was just missing and I know Kotelnik has denect head movement, but he's no defensive wizard.
I wouldn't say Alexander was exposed, I would say that everyone came back to reality. There's no shame in squeaking by Kotelnik as a young fighter, but I don't think he's ready for Bradley or Khan or MAidana yet. He needs a few more fights. How bout Peterson or a rematch?Comment

Almost at will?
That's absurd.
Sure, he broke through the guard a number of times.
But he punched at the guard about 15X more than he broke through it.
I don't think that can possibly be disputed.Comment

I disagree.
If you're going to score the fight on clean clean punching, ring generalship and effective aggresiveness Devon wins most of the rounds.
Devons Ring generalship >>>>>>>>>>>>>. Kotelnik's
Relative to Kotelnik's movement he was brilliant.
Only in a few instances did Alexander get caught on the ropes, so I would say Kotelnik didn't do a good job at cutting the ring off.Comment

I saw him missing to the sides a lot as well. Kotelnik did a great job taking away the uppercut.
Devon seemed to be getting in some good bodywork early, but just not enough.
Stone Roses must just be trying to be an ass. Big surprise. It was clearly not one of Devon's better nights yet you're still blowing him.
Tim, Khan, and Maidana have too much for him right now. I'll take any of them over Devon the way Kotelnik was stunning him late.Comment

Brilliant?
No.
Brilliant footwork would not have him being countered and hit with everything thrown at him.
Brilliant lateral movement would not have him being countered and hit with everything thrown at him.
Brilliant head movement would not have him being countered and hit with everything thrown at him.
I've seen Brilliant.
That wasn't brilliant.
I think exaggerating is an understatement.Comment
