Tim wasn't that impressive too in his recent fight.. but Devon was horrible..
Devon seemed to be missing most of his punches and when he did hit, he did not seem to be doing much damage. After Kellerman said that Alexander could be the next p4p champion, I was scratching my head at his performance. I was rooting for Kotelnik after a while.

Devon fought a terrible fight, and it seemed he didn't even study Kotelnik. I was surprised he was backing up, since while Kotelnik is a better boxer than Urango, he is not stronger, and can not punch as hard, and he didn't take a backwards step in that fight. Who knows, maybe it was the cut that bothered him, since after a few round sit looked like he couldn't see any jabs and got hit with about 90 or them.

Kotelnik is clearly the better boxer between him and Urango. Kotelnik has the better timing jab and the better defense. Alexander just never was as good as advertised the Urango fight was close up until the stoppage and it wasnt the great performance it was made out to be. The kid is a young talented guy who will still have a solid career but he is nothing special period.

He was getting hit with those jabs even before the cut.
Lets just be honest here.
The lack of head movement is one of his biggest problems.
Offensively, he is wonderful... But he needs to use his footwork more to get in range closer so his punches mean more.
Punch THROUGH the guard, not at the guard.
And he needs to be slipping ducking and countering punches, not leaning straight back, or not at all.
Watch how much he moves his head while being across from Kotelnik as he fires... his head doesn't move.
