    Promoter Gary Shaw sent BoxingScene an email to respond to comments that trainer Freddie Roach made on BoxingScene.com's radio show, Leave It In The Ring. Mark Vester ran an article highlighting some of Roach's comments pertaining to Amir Khan being a far better fighter than the other top names at 140-pounds.

      I will love to see the fight happen. But GBP will likely put a Khan vs JMM fight, and Bradley should take Devon Green Alexander on. There should be an undisputed champ at 140.

              Khan is protected more than Fort Knox. Smaller fighters, non punchers and old washed up names is where he is at.

                              The only drama about Khan fighting JMM is that it means JMM goes for a title in a 4th weight class, something no mexican fighter has done, that includes Morales and Chavez tried but couldnt accomplish.

                              JMM weighed 133 pounds or 9 stones 7 pounds, he is not a Junior Welter, he is old, and can't hurt Khan at 140. I see Khan beating JMM by UD, and GBP keeps both the money and title.

                                      Khan needs to fight the top guys at 140. Until he does i won't take him serious.
