Will u see floyd fighting again if all numbing drugs will get banned in all states?

I think floyd will permanently retire in boxing if this drugs will not allowed to be use in all of the states in america, this drugs are floyd's main reason why he can train and punch all day long during his training, without this drugs floyd can't do what he can do before in his training.
