try to think out of the box. manny may walk around as a WW back then but that's not all bulk. he could drain those extra fat and water to make 130 and 135 for the weigh-in. come fight night, he'd weigh around 144.
but moving up to JWW and WW, he needed the extra muscle and bulk. im sure you've read that he has to eat 6x a day w/ protein shakes just to keep on the weight he'd lose during training right? other WW's dont do this, they have to eat less to make weight.
