Most of what DLH achieved in his life was as a WW. DLH never showed God like abilties in the light middlweight division. If PBF had of beaten a proven 10 year light middle campaigner then it would be something worthy to talk about.
But other than that it is nothing special. And even if PBF was to step up to middleweight now. That is only stepping up 2 divisions from his natural weight as far as im concerned. PBF is a natural WW now. He wouldnt go down to light welterweight to accomodate Hatton or JMM. So fighting at middleweight for PBF is only stepping up 2 weights.Last edited by hugh grant; 08-09-2010, 05:37 AM.

Just dont expect me to kiss PBFs boots for stepping up one division to 154lbs and beating DLH who was not a proven great fighter at 154.

Pacquiao has a fight in November and he's still worried about Floyd, drop it already PAC, where were all these comments in January.
Everybody is calling him a PED user, now he's a tough guy, CUT IT THE F**K OUT. Worry about Margaritto, Floyd is not worried about you.
I'll say it again, your boy says all he needs is to be called out, NOW WHAT?

PBF did take challenges in his earlier days and achieved things people didnt expect of him, and that is what got him recognition and the supposed no1 position.
But since he made a name for himself he has coasted along and is living off his past performances and glories.
But you know the saying. Getting there is the easy part. Staying there is the hard part. Or becoming champ is the easy part. Defending from the official challengers is when it gets tough. But for PBF its the other way around. Hes trying to chill out now, when really he should be doing work to show he deserves the acclaim his early career promised and deserved.

Interesting how you can still hand onto the whole "All Roads Lead To Floyd Mayweather" tag. Funnier how you associate that to Pacquiao.
Let's be honest here fora sec, they both need to fight each other right now, any other opponent for either fighter is second fiddle and will make either Pac or Floyd look seem unnecessarily matched up.
Both roads really only have one car on them, and that's each other.
But if you must split hairs, I do believe most fighters are quoting going after Pacquiao than Mayweather these days. Of course, this is just my observation.
