Bradley showed against a slow prodding Abregu that he still has many holes and is VERY hittable against a WW "contender".....

Devon showed that he he can be countered and discouraged by a persistent counter puncher.....

Both fighters "won" the fights.....but diddn't "win" any fans....

BTW - The haters regarding Kotelnik....should give the man his due....he came to Devon's hometown, and basically schooled Devon....I had Kotelnik winning the fight....8 rounds to 4. Cleaner punching, stalked Devon, walked thru his punches. Devon was pitty-patting his way thru the fight and wasn;t listening to his corner.

Kind of puts Khan's win in perspective....

And for those who always say "afro-american slick boxers are the best" (you know who you are)....two of the better ones were un-impressive against a Euro and a Argentine fighter....

At 140 Khan's chin is better. If Kotelnik hit him flush 2 or 3 times didn;t faze him, then I believe it is better since the shots that dropped Khan at 135 were by softies too.

5 foot 10, and not that lean making 135 is bad.

Of course not....just pointing out that the "youngsters" shouldn't be thought of so high....its all a learning experience....I myself know that Alexander and Bradley will no doubt be top 10 p4p material....but they have ALOT more to learn.

I know its hard for some of you to believe but when you fight decent competition occasionally you will have a less than spectacular outing. At least Alexander and Bradley fought their way through it and gained motivation to continue improving.

Sorta agree.....BUT we still need to see how Khan's chin holds up against someone good. I say while Alexander and Bradley go at it....Khan fights Maidana or JMM....both fighters either way will get to Khan (pressure or countering respectively) so we should see. Since Khan's KO loss to Bredis...he has been outboxing his opponents....and hasn't been hit with anything too serious.
