Dirrell, Bute, Dawson, Chambers and Haye are up there p4p, I was just thinking about outright hand speed. Alexander is close, but not quite there with these 6 IMO.

? dawson and dirrell are "outright" as fast or faster than the guys you mentioned

andre dirrells hands aren't as fast as the rest of them, with the exception of his jab, i personally think that zab judas hands were/are the fastest, havent seen him fight latley tho
