It used to be good, but it's gone downhill in recent years.
The writers such as Eric Raskin, Ivan Goldman and Bill Dettloff are so unfairly negative and prejudiced against white/European boxers such as the Klitschkos that I stopped buying it.
They've had David Haye on the cover and an article hyping him as the next great heavyweight, but will never put Wladimir, Vitali, Adamek or Bute there.
They actually rated the Klitschkos as #47 and #48 p4p in 2009.
The Ring needs to replace some of those shitty writers like the Euro-haters Eric Raskin and Bill Dettloff.Comment

never paid attention to any of that. i've got an issue with wlad and vitali both being in the top 20 though. this was before wlad handed chambers his ass. if he ever gets haye to man up and fight i think they'll have wlad in the top 10.It used to be good, but it's gone downhill in recent years.

Yeah, I don't know what that guy's talking about. Like in the March issue (Bradley cover) they reviewed the top 10 middleweight, they covered the Euro fighters well and gave em a good chance against (Then) Ring champ Pavlik. Not to mention they've kept Sturm as the number one middleweight for awhile, and the next issue (not the AW cover) is the All star report where they have Klitschko on the cover for a 2nd time on that particular topic.Comment
