Skill level differential is highly arguable.

You know Khan's skills are overrated when you get X number of rent-a-Brit disphits here claiming his skillset to be far superior to Bradley's (laughable, since he's a ways off even being equal to Bradley overall).

Alexander and Khan are too guys who groups of people have gotten too high on for whatever reasons. But Alexander's record >>> Khan's.

Linares avatar aside, you're just a cheerleader/apologist for Khan and name British fighters in general, nothing more.
Who has Alexander beaten? Urango and Witter.

Not better than dominations of Malignaggi and Kotelnik. Sorry.

Khans skills are overrated? OK but why dont you tell me why Alexanders are better? Oh yeah....you cant. You're more interested in downplaying Khan....or attacking my character....lol.

Salita is a club-level guy who was padded to a stage he didn't belong on. Whereas, if you watch boxing you know Urango improved after Hatton -- like losing a UD to Hatton when he was the man in the division is some disgrace, LMAO -- and he's a dangerous guy who gives pretty much anyone in the division a rough night with his awkwardness, workrate, physicality and power. He ****s on Salita.

You guys are deluded. Khan beat Kotelnik more clearly than Alexander, but Alexander's opposition is stronger and more testing than Khan's overall and that's what's undeniable. His body of work is perceptibly better.

I was never high on Alexander. Same way I'm not high on Khan.

But Alexander's record is stronger at Championship level, and you Khan boosters are trying to squeeze some victory from last night where there is none.
Witter and Paulie Malinaggi were just names please no crap about Witter.. what has he done since? what did he do in the build up to facing Alexander? Lose to Bradley (even got knocked down i think) and he got a robbery vs Kotelnik in England!!

Paulie also got beaten up by Hatton bad and was unconving before that.. his Diaz wins mean not to much.. Lets not forget Witter injured himself during the fight or before i can't remeber which but he mentioned some issue

They both Cancel each other out

      Which leaves Kotelnik/Salita vs Urango

      Clearly Khan wins

Kotelnik has been robbed vs Witter, Alexander and beat Maidana he is no joke and would be competitive vs Bradley imo

It's weird. After the fight last night I thought Kotelnik clearly won the fight by at least a couple of rounds. I thought he was very dominant and landed some very good punches and generally beat Alexander up. However, after rewatching the fight Kotelnik wasn't landing as much as I had previously thought. He still dominated the second half of the fight, but I think Alexander did enough in the early rounds to have maybe justified a draw. Still, Kotelnik shouldn't have lost the fight and had more of a case for winning than Alexander did.

I maybe wrong and need to watch the fight for a third time though. It's a weird one to judge.

This is why this fight needs a rematch. It was very similar to Dawson vs Johnson 1.

I've been saying the same thing. This was just like Dawson-Johnson I. Both Johnson and Kotelnik's slow starts are what caused them to lose.

Except that the roles are reversed and the outcome will be the same or worse for Alexander.

Kotelnik already beat him easily the first time.

If that **** wasn't in "the Lou" we wouldn't even be having this discussion right now.

I didn't say Alexander had greater skills, I said he had a better dossier (which has been evened up in the months since by Khan's hardy showing against Maidana); skill-wise, both had been overrated, they're both guys who do some things really well but are limited in other areas - as such, it's really arguable which is the more skilled fighter, they're more or less even.

Amir has a greater fighting heart, that's for sure.
