I mean just one fight back he was the best gonna KO Khan / Bradley you name it. Now he has one poor fight against a guy who (lets face it) has nothing to loose so gave absolutely 100% of his ability & experience creating a close fight and people are really coming down on him!

I'm not defending Devon - I was never a fan; I was always 'waiting to see more' but really guys ease up....Kotelnik is really good; very underated. Calzaghe had close fights vs people like Bika, Mayweather vs Corrales spring to mind.

Everyone has a 'blip'. Devon was just overconfident and Kotelnik desperate - those two factors create a very dangerous scenario.

I still think 140 belongs to Khan / Maidana / Alexander & Bradley.

I've always said Khan was the most talented at 140 and could take the crown if he got his chin in shape. With that said, Devon is a great fighter, but I wasn't impressed tonight.

I always said that Khan would beat Alexander on points. There are some posters here that said that Alexander woul decaptivate Khan and ****. I still think that Alexander has a good chance in beating Bradley but I dont see him beating Khan.

You serious.Did you not see all the people coming on here saying after the Jacobs fight saying he beats Williams Martinez there was a load of threads.Now Jacobs is a good fighter but he fought no one before Pirog and it just came way too soon for him that win does not mean Pirog is ready for any of the big boys at 160 yet.

I rarely come to NSB for this simple fact. I heard all the chants of Jacobs being an "American hypejob" but he was just a young fighter that got caught. Happens to the best of them. His camp underestimated Pirog and paid the price. I doubt, though, anyone on these boards really believe Pirog is the Eurasian Middleweight savior.
