I understand your stance, Little Hatton and Little Marquez didn't have to take the test. You can argue for Hatton since it was before Floyd's retirement (first vacation). However, you don't come back from retirement and say you're cleaning up the sport by not doing "effective" blood testing on the first fighter you face (Marquez). Why start with the second fighter, which was supposed to be Little Pacquiao at the time? Manny was probably thinking, "if Marquez doesn't have to, why do I have to, you ****ing prick?" Floyd did it with Big Bad Mosley to save face, but unusually had a longer cut-off date for "random" testing (come on, what are the chances of that happening?). Now that Money Mayweather opened his big mouth, he carries the burden of wasting his precious money on blood tests for the rest of his career. Go figure.
The thing is, now, Pac's open to a fight while Mayweather isn't (at least publicly). Blood, *****, fecal matter testing negotiations come after Floyd shows the willingness to be open as well.
