How do you rate Khan then seeing he beat Kotelnik well and called him the worst 140lb champion ever

I've always rated Khan, the guys go "IT" but unfortunately has a weak chin.

I think he is the best 140lb but when he gets tagged, we will see..

Roach and ariza have helped him obviously.. the move to 140lb was the big one, people forget he drained himself to make lightweight
