not like he's gonna do any more damage to his reputation. and what are they gonna say, he's a cheater? he'd be weighing in within the junior middleweight limit. also, he'd really increase his chances of winning, since pac's just not a junior middleweight (his walking weight is around 154 even when he's not training).
i don't think the pacquiao camp would back out either after the weigh in, pac's just not the type. they took this fight in part because they believe they can knock margo out. 3lbs won't change the fact that pac's faster, smarter and maybe even punches harder.
