no he wasnt. he was campaigning in the Philippines for Congressman. that wasnt a vacation. going around house to house, meetings, shaking hands everyday for 45 days was not what you call a vacation

Pac cant Make any fights because he has to wait for Floyd!! Floyd already make excuses for the 1st time. Floyd has enough vacation after JMM fight. He even challenge Pac and said, "Step up the Plate Pac!!" When Pac said "Let's fight!!" Floyd got silent for a week then make another excuses," I want Blood test!!".
