How long do you think Floyd will stay #2 in the Ring P4P ?

Will he go up or down ? Does he have to fight to stay in the Ring P4P list ?

    Opinions please...

Until he fights and beats Pacquaio or Pacquiao retires.

He dont deserve to be as high as no2. He beat an old SSM and a puffed up JMM.
I think anyone could do that. Are you telling me Cotto couldnt beat SSM and JMM at 147? Many people could do what Floyd did. Vernon forest would have done it. DLH could have done it.
PBF hasnt done anything since his comeback that warrants such respect. He looked good winning and that is about all the credit i can give him

It's how you do it aswell, though. He lost one round of 24 against the pound for pound no.2 and no.3. Granted JMM was at a weight disadvantage, but it's still incredibly impressive and no other fighter could do what he did. Not Pacquaio, Cotto, Pwill etc.

he should be kicked off that p4p TOP 10 list cuz he ducked Pacquiao

Povetkin got KO d off top 10 IBF list for ducking Wlad and same thing should be with lil Floyd!

What did he do that no fighter could do? He is good defensively we know that. But being the best defensively dont make you the best.
No fighter can do what pacquio did. No one did to clottey what Pac did and even he said it himself. Floyd couldnt do to cotto what pac did and neither could that light middleweight that Cotto just fought.
Yes i suppose Margarito had a good night against Cotto, but that was a one off and Margarito was coming from behind.

i think mayweather puts too much thought into the pound for pound list, truthfully, and would be better off just showing people they aren't as good as him when he steps in the ring.

pacquiao isn't. this will be proven against a mayweather that isn't even as slick as you use to be.

as mentioned, mayweather already dropped the number 2 and 3 ranked fighters down the list so, as the hbo commentators agreed after the fight, pacquiao is it.

when we have to urge the best fighter to move up to get him in fights we doubt he can win, it speaks more for the age than the fighter. floyd is, by far, the best technician in the sport and boxing heads should be proud to live in an age where the top two fighters are the two sides of the same coin.
