Interesting ankle weights, seems like he wears them all the time? From jumping rope to hitting the pads.
Never seen that before, guess it would make your legs faster.

lol, you guys must not go to very many gyms.
A lot of guys train hard like that and some even harder. Plus street bully, that was a montage, not a straight workout.
