    Bob said it would be signed in a matter of days....that was two weeks ago. Whats taking so long.

      When they gave license to NELSON MANDELA of boxing then contract is gonna be signed in less then 24 hours!

                  That could be a possibility. King and Arum seem to respect each other's evilness and for all we know, they could be talking behind the scenes.
