    Yeah hes on PED's. Nobody has biceps that big and he was the 1st to knock Urango out cold. PED's fo sho.

            you are a nut. notice that the rest of devons body is skinny and lean. look at his legs. notice that his neck is not wide. notice that his head fits the rest of his body. he's just natrually big in the arm area.
