isnt it pacquiao said he wants to do all the random testing even in the middle of every rounds if the NSAC ask for it? why only floyd ask for it? who is floyd to follow? is he the mesiah of boxing? why still the NSAC wont ask for it? floyd should create his own athletic commission so that every fighter is required to follow before the fight

Be real man, If Manny came with OST youd be all for it... Its just that you dont like Floyd, its pretty simple.
And when you ask "Why now" youre basically saying that youd be ok if they never did Random testing, or attempted to clean the sport.
In the past they didnt do HIV testing, but now they do. So why now? cause its a problem that needs to be addressed and handled. NOW

get a life dude! what ever you say people around the world already knows what is the real motive of floyd! if the source is credible like doctors, especialist or someone who is close to pac then i believe but how come the source is floyd sr? FLOYDS very own FATHER! and how about the aside meth? do we need to ask a testing also for aside meth? come on dude wake up!

No its not, Manny wants cut offs and adjustments to what's supposed to just be random. NSAC won't ask for it because of the same reason baseball ignored it, its making money so why screw up the product.
