If Floyd is that good and even proclaimed himself as the greatest fighter of all time then why duck a midget fighter with inferior accomplishments compared to him?

Why do people ask "why" of Floyd and not Manny?

Why won't he just fight? Well we pretty much know the answer to that question, the answers will vary but its pretty simple.
Answer: Floyd feels Manny is cheating, standard boxing tests cant/won't declare Pac or Floyd clean. Hence the Random blood and urine, which Manny refuses to take part in FULLY. NO TEST, NO FIGHT.

Why after 40 fights, Floyd all of a sudden wants to clean up the sport?

The difference between Manny and Floyds reaasons are simple as well, if you look at it from a simple view.
Floyds request is a request to fight, Mannys seem like an excuse not to test. They both want the fight/pay day. They both want to prove they are the best of our era.............

Shane took part in the testing, the same Shane that
1. Murdered Margs
2. That people dared him to face.
3. The same Shane he's been accused of ducking and was "scared of"
If Shane had refused to test and Floyd didn't fight him, the same people who hold Floyd to the higher standard would be saying he's ducking Shane. But Shane took part in the test, and we witnessed the results.

Shane is OLD, well Shane was OLD when u dared Floyd to face him.
Shane is past his Prime, if they'd fought 3 to 4 years ago, Shane would've murdered Floyd. I doubt it, Shane is Shane. No adjustments, Floyd is constant adjustments. We all saw that as the fight went on, it got easier and easier for Floyd.

So in a nutshell, if Manny would have taken part in FULL testing from jump, the fight would have been made.

PS. P4P is not divs, belts, popularity or being undefeated, its based on ALL AROUND SKILLS. And Floyd is all around more skilled than Manny, by far. And Mannys style can be beaten, its been proven. P4P is also a measure of can your style compete in any class, Floyd has proven his can, based soley on his abilty to adjust his style.

LOL, Pac scared of Holt. Please. Pac scared of Soto hahaha. Matter of fact, Pac scared of anyone of the names you mentioned is amusing. The only one you could make a case for is Shane, and that was Roach and possibly Arum who didn't fancy putting Manny in against Shane (an ex-weightlifter/former unified Jr middleweight champ) in his first or second fight at 147. Manny put Marquez on his ass 4 times in two fights and would fcking crush Bradley, Soto, Campbell, Witter (are you serious?) and Juan Diaz without breaking sweat

When we say "Pound for Pound", the Best should be the one who won the most number of World Titles in different weight Divisions!

A "world record" is more difficult to accomplIsh than a "Undefeated record"!
