Lol , your such a dummy that dont know the meaning or dynamics of random and cut off , by your ****** equation , its only no cut off if the last test happened 5 minutes before entering the ring lol , the whole random OST thing as far as the athletes are concerned is about the not knowing when they will be tested , thats its power as a deterent , its not really trying to catch them which is near on impossible but you can really put somebody off trying to use them , random testing is like Russion Roulette to a drugs cheat and thats why Manny dont want it without knowing exactly the clear zone where he will not be tested .Comment

No a cut off did not happen , the last random test was done 18 days out , a cut off is on an agreed day that is known in advance by the athletes , neither fighter knew when was the last test required untill stepping in the ring .Comment

When authority is not fair to all concerned...you can sit there and do nothing...or if you have the ability, correct it yourself..
If a boxer gets in the ring against someone with an unfair advantage, absorb unnecessary damage, does that affect the authority in any way? They might be criticized for not preventing it in the first place. Other than that, not much else.
Meanwhile, the boxer might be suffering life threatening injuries. Who has it worse?
So, if a boxer can create a level playing field (if the authority chooses not to) then there's no reason for him to get out of their jurisdiction.
So then you must agree that when Floyd used the "CAINE" drugs on fight night to do damage to his opponent where otherwise he wouldn't be able to, was a clear case of this you speak of?Comment

Who doesnt support OST?
But if OST is going to stop the fights the people wanna see then i dont want it
If we are told OST or no fight then it would seem like people would rather see fighters tested instead of fightingComment

Floyd called Manny a cheat with no evidence. That was the initial problem.
The boxing commission needs to make the improvements so that we don't have to negotiate. The problem when you negotiate something like this, it presumes that the opponent must be on PEDs, or else, why are you even asking for this fight only?
Floyd had NEVER asked prior to Manny and then asked Mosley which is obvious since he actually admitted to doing it.Comment
