Roach actually isn't a matchmaker. He was openly against fighting Margarito so I seriously doubt Roach was the one that said to bob, "let's fight margarito!" I think he opposed it, found out that's who pac's going to be fighting, was silent for a couple weeks but has accepted it, because he works for manny pacquiao not the other way around.
