I hope most of you realize America is in a pretty bad economy situation. Credit is hard to get and the employment sector is bleak and will not significantly improve within 2 years. It’s hard times and people are suffering.

Yet Pacman and Mayweather now regularly will do over 1 million PPV numbers without question against reasonable opponents.

1 million PPV during 10% unemployment is pretty impressive. People forget that Tyson and Oscar fought in a great time economically. The American economy was at it’s peak and over 1 million was seen as a success those days.

Boxing is well alive thanks to these two guys. They are both appeal to different aspects yet are well received in their community and others.

Imagine, 4% unemployment during an economic boom

Mayweather deserves extra credit. For a Black athlete to generate that kind of money is incredible.

      props to Pretty Boy

I think it's possible that he gets 1 million against Margarito without a doubt. Unlike Clottey, Margarito has a huge fan base. 700k with Clottey is pretty damn good. But the fight might affect his next sale since it was boring
