        Fair enough, grasias.

            BTW IM a Cotto fan.

So in between Gomez, Urkal and Jennings he couldt fight Williams? Not buying it.
Umm....After Urkal he fought Judah....followed by Mosley. Williams was nobody until he beat Tony. Can't blame Cotto for fighting Judah and Mosley.

After Cotto beat Shane, Arum wanted Cotto-Margarito. So Cotto took a tuneup and fought Margarito. Again, can't blame him for that.

After getting destroyed by Margarito he too a tuneup and fought Clottey then Pacquiao. I mean seriously, what do you want from the guy. If ever there was someone who had legit reasons for not fighting Williams it's Cotto.

Your acting like there was all this time and oppurtunity. If you actually map out the timeline. the stars just never aligned for that fight. No one ducked anyone, it just didn't work out.

You just posted in a thread that showed Cotto 'ducking' Williams. It is more complicated than that.

I am a fan of both, but Cotto doesn't answer the final bell.

As much **** as I talk about Cotto here, deep inside I do respect the man and yes he is fearless and has given his 100% to his division and fought almost everyone at 147. I don't like his personality too much in or out of the ring but he's money when it comes to fighting and that's all I care about, props to Junito.

Anyone who thinks Cotto beats Williams is kidding themselves. Clottey had Cotto running, CLOTTEY! the guy who isn't a pressure fighter. Williams would beat his ass into submission.
