Bob Arum may have tried to pressure floyd into the fight through he media but at least HE TRIED.

There is only ONE PERSON RESPONSIBLE for this fight not happening and it is FLOYD MAYWEATHER himself. The man is scared of Manny Pacquiao - face it. He tried so hard, that Manny "agreed" to a 14 day cut off (you know, what they rejected when it was a real offer). He tried so hard, that he lied and said he had a deal in place with GBP BEFORE the deadline, then AFTER the deadline he said that he NEVER spoke with GBP. He tried so hard to make the fight, that he NEVER spoke directly with anyone from Floyd's team.

Those supposed 'lies' were to get floyd to fold to public pressure to make the fight happen. Floyds team turned their phones off - THEY TRIED REALLY HARD!!
