The 100M is probably an agreement between King and Floyd the same way he has a deal with DLH, but he won't be a free agent anymore. King would his promoter and negotiate on his behalf with other promoters. This type of deal will cut out DLH, GBP, Haymond, etc.

If this is really a promotional deal from Don King... the deal is probably a 4-5 fight deal because it has to be a long term deal for King to see a return in his investment.
