1. Small business loan.
2. Open a gym
3. Build a client base
4. Allow travelling existing boxers AND trainers to train there for free on fight nights. (or throughout the year depending on your market and demographic)
5. Treat them well enough and when their existing contracts run out...offer to let them train there for free if they sign your promotional contract.
Basically to sign a fighter You have to have enough capital to pay a fighters Housing, training,insurance, travel. etc. OR he has to work another job to help balance it out.
Your job will also include heavy marketing, securing the venue, bringing in sponsors, etc.
I would stick with having a stable of fighters that other established promotional groups SIGN for THEIR fights...till you build the captial.
