I think Gennady is the future of the division. He KO'd Lucian Bute in the Amateurs, and is also a silver medalist. I think he'd beat Pirog easily.

Yeah i'd definitely favour Golovkin and view him as most likely to be #1 at MW and would win the most h2h matchups vs anyone else at the weight. There is nobody at MW that i would make a favourite against him. -

I think Pirog would beat Golovkin right now. I've seen many fights of both of them here in Germany. And Golovkin showed several holes in his game.
Golovkin is still good and still talented so don't get me wrong but Pirog may be 1 or 2 steps to high for Golovkin.Comment
