Baldomir is too old, He's like 40. And it's not really about age. He's lost 3 of his last 5 fights. If Alvarez can't get past this version of Baldomir, then he sucks.

well, here was his last fight.

but the fight will(I assume) be at 154lbs, so expect Baldomir to be in better shape.

I think Baldomir would have a good shot at beating a decent amount of guys in the lower top 20 of 154lbs still, and I think hes going to be a durable as ever. We forget sometimes, but Alvarez has only just turned 20: hes still unexperienced as hell. someone like Baldomir, who is very difficult to hurt and has a lot of experience, would be the perfect type of fighter to upset a rising prospect.

I agree, but it will be hard as **** for Baldi to get a decision.

Nah bro,I expect a tought fight for alvarez.Baldomir last loses came against
floyd and forrest,Who are great fighters. The loss against bonsu was
controversial. The only bad thing about him is he hasint been active.
Like i said in my earlier post,Baldomir is like a bigger better version of
          jose cotto.

Baldomir is not the same fighter of 4-5 years ago. If Alvarez is as good as he's being hyped up to be, he should have an easy win against this version of Baldomir.

If Baldomir was even a 1/4th of his prime form, he'd run over Alvarez. Unfortunately he's not, and he'll either lose a lopsided UD or he'll eventually be stopped on his feet.

                      Canelo should walk through Baldomir.
