Yeah Marquez is definitely not a 147 pounder. Hell, I think he's a bit of a smaller than average lightweight. That's like Mayweather fighting at super middleweight.

But according to Arum, Marquez must defeat Berto, Clottey, Bradley, or Alexander to be worthy of fighting Pacquiao again.
